The People
Mukhtar, originally from Azerbaijan, arrived in Fish Creek through the J-1 program in 2017, a cultural exchange program that fosters professional growth and international understanding. Enchanted by Door County&aposs stunning natural beauty and welcoming community, Mukhtar knew he had found his new home. After graduating with a prestigious MBA from Illinois State University, Mukhtar settled in Door County, carrying with him a long-held dream of introducing the rich flavors and traditions of his heritage through food.

Our food menu design is centered around fresh and seasonal products. Kebabs are our specialty, served in delicious sandwiches that burst with flavor. We also offer a tempting selection of small plates and delectable pastry treats.
